Intuition Quick Tips

For me, intuition is a life saver! I use it daily in everything from mundane decisions to big life choices.

Intuition is when you use energy to go beyond the physical to get information. It helps you get more in tune with your surroundings and yourself.

Here are the 4 steps I use when I want to access my intuition. I've made it super easy. Just remember: T.G.L.T

Tune out distractions

Go within

Listen

Trust

Find a quiet place

Close your eyes

Take 3 deep breaths

With each breath, let go of a thought or worry

Go within

See healing light around you

Breath it in

Watch as this energy comes down and expands in your belly

Listen

When you feel calm and relaxed, ask your question

Open yourself up to the images and feelings that come to you

Trust

Learn to trust the information

Don't second-guess yourself

Rinse and Repeat! The more you practice, the easier it will become.

Learn to trust your intuition. It’s never wrong.
