Energetic Alignment
When I'm working with clients, I often talk about alignment.
Alignment means that you are in tune with yourself and are deeply connected to your soul's energy. It means that you are on your path and in flow with the universe.
When you're in energetic alignment, accessing your intuition feels easy and natural.
You have clarity and feel empowered to channel your energy in a purposeful way.
When you're aligned, you allow yourself to be real and authentic! You express yourself honestly and don't need the approval of anyone else to be happy.
When you are in alignment, your energy is at a high vibration. Things come to you easily.
What does it feel like when you're NOT in energetic alignment?
You begin to feel disconnected from yourself and get confused about your path in life. You think about the past a lot and worry about the future.
When you're misaligned, you feel like something in your life is missing. You question everything and feel overwhelmed with self-doubt and fear.
Instead of channeling your energy in way that helps you create what you want, you rely on a narrative that keeps you living small. This prevents anything new and exciting from becoming a reality.
You often become out of flow financially. It's easy to let your ego steer the ship and get out of harmony with your intuitive manifestations.
When you are out of alignment, your physical body holds onto all that stuck energy and emotional pain. Blockages show up as: fatigue, stagnation, spaciness, negative emotions, unhealed body issues or being sick with mysterious ailments.
Your energetic alignment is your power!
Here's the technique I use to stay in alignment with the universal flow of energy – the source of love, abundance and creativity.
Take a nice deep breath
Focus your attention above the top of your head and see a bright ball of gold light
Allow this gold ball to flow down through the top of your head
Feel this gold light moving down through you
With each breath you feel this loving energy radiating through you
Send gold light to your heart
Feel the gold light flow into your heart opening you up to all the love you deserve
Trust that the gold light is aligning and connecting you
Take one final breath and soak in all the love and healing magic you need
