We all have a divine team working to help and support us while we are on earth - our spirit guides.

What are spirit guides?

Spirit guides are no longer living on Earth. They have completed all of their incarnations and use their accumulated knowledge and wisdom to assist us.

Everyone has spirit guides! Some of your spirit guides have been with you since you were born and others come into your life as you need them.

How many spirit guides do you have?

My experience is that you have one main spirit guide during your lifetime. You might have other guides that come to assist with a specific job or area in your life. For example, when I give readings I work with my main healing and grounding guide, and then a second guide who helps communicate information.

How do you connect with your sprit guides?

Even when I’m not doing intuitive readings, I love knowing that my spirit squad is nearby.

Here are 3 ways you can connect with your spirit guides:

Meditation

Focus your meditation on getting to know your spirit guide. In your mind’s eye, say hello to your spirit guide. What is the first image that you get? What does their face look like? How is their vibration? Do you get a sense about what era they are from? Is there a characteristic that stands out? You might ask them for a name. Go with the first name that you get!

Talk to them

It’s a good idea to get to know your guide(s). While it can be tempting to think of them as your own personal Dr.Phil, it’s helpful to know that spirit guides are all about aligning you to your own intuition and truth. Spirit guides are great at guiding you but they don’t intervene. This is why you are here - to learn and evolve.

Look for signs

Begin to recognize signs from your spirit guide. Pick something that will validate your connection with them. I’m always seeing 11:11. If you choose an animal, begin to notice how often you see it. FYI, you don’t have to see it in the flesh. It might show up in all kinds of weird places.
