SENDING A HEALING

All living beings are connected through Universal energy.

The wonderful news is that you can use Universal energy to send love and healing energy to anyone that needs it.

It's easy to access.

Start by focusing on your breath - this will bring you back to your center.

Visualize a strong tree trunk growing from your first chakra (located at the base of your spine) all the way down to Mother Earth. Feel the roots anchor into the ground so you are nice and secure.

If any distracting thoughts or feelings arise, send them down the tree trunk into the Earth.

When you feel calm and relaxed, imagine your loved one sitting in front of you. Feel the love you have for them.

Then see a large ball of gold light coming down and surrounding them. See the gold light radiating through, healing as it goes. Remember to breathe.

When you feel ready, finish with a final ball of gold light encompassing you both. Let it pass down through your body, and then down your grounding cord to Mother Earth.

Anytime you consciously create an opportunity to send healing energy, you are opening yourself up to receiving healing energy too!
