Healing Breath
Sometimes life feels like it's spiraling out of control. Fear and anxiety can take over and you may find yourself leaving your body.
One way to get back in your body is by grounding yourself.
A quick way to ground your body is by focusing on your breathing.
Deep breathing slows your heart rate and helps lower stress in your body.
All you have to do is:
Close your eyes.
Take three nice deep breaths.
Breathe deeply down into your belly.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Continue to focus on your breath.
With each exhale, feel the panicky and anxious feelings leave your body.
As you breathe in, see healing gold light filling your body.
After 6-10 breaths you will feel lighter and calmer.
