Family interactions around the holidays can create feelings of stress, anxiety and ungroundedness.

Grounding and listening to your intuition are great ways to navigate these holiday stresses. Grounding keeps you calm and helps when you feel overwhelmed. Intuition provides insight and guidance into your personal truth and boundaries. Intuition can also give insight into the intentions of your loved ones, so you don't misinterpret situations ;-)

3 Tips to Ground and Connect to Your Intuition

  1. Put yourself in a calm, healing environment. This can be literally – finding a beautiful quiet spot, through a guided visualization, or through watching a relaxing nature video.

  2. Practice grounding exercises. I offer audio recordings of grounding meditations that cover breathing and visualization techniques. Check them out here.

  3. Practice color healing - breathe in healing white or gold light and breathe out your worries and stresses. Send the healing light throughout your body. Continue to do this until you feel calm and centered.
